2 oz Gin
¾ oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a tin.  Top with ice and shake for ten seconds. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a Lime.

old fashioned

2 oz Whiskey
¼ oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients into a Rocks Glass. Stir briefly. Carefully drop in a large rock and stir briefly (2-3 seconds). Garnish with an expressed orange twist and a Luxardo Cherry. 

apricot manhattan

1 ½ oz Rye Whiskey
½ oz Apricot Liqueur
¾ oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth

Combine all ingredients into a chilled mixing glass or a tin. Stir at a moderate pace for 12 seconds. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a dried apricot and a Luxardo Cherry.

7 oz Red Wine
3 ½ oz White Wine
½ oz Allspice Dram
1 ¼ oz Cointreau
1 ¼ oz Laird’s Apple Brandy (Bonded)
2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients in a sealed mason jar. Shake for 10 seconds. Refrigerate for 45 minutes and enjoy over ice in a wine glass. Or, alternatively, allow to sit for 24-48 hours for a more complex taste. Garnish with your favorite fruit.
